i had a superior double room. the room included an iron and ironing board. the bathroom had a hair dryer. it was a short walk to the main square.

there was no bar in the hotel (i would have liked one). there was very little space to sit and relax outside the room. the receptionist did not offer any apologies.

i found the hotel design good. so much detail went into providing a comfortable stay. i also appreciated the airport pick up service (it was excellent!). the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions about the area.

access by car was a bit difficult.

the hotel is located perfectly at the foot of wasal castle. it is minutes away from the main square. i loved how close the hotel was to shops, restaurants and cultural attractions (basically right next to the wawel castle!).

the staff were gracious and accommodating to all requests. they went way above and beyond to help with my rental car. the reception team were friendly and helpful at all times. the staff helped with parking (a great help!).

The breakfast was exquisite. There were many choices available. the location is just perfect, i walked everywhere. the design and interiors of the hotel were first class, i was quite impressed.

i pre booked tickets for some trips but they weren't able to provide them. we booked well in advance, so i was disappointed. the most disappointing thing was there were no apology or acknowledgment. this really affected our stay as the trips we thought we had booked actually weren't possible.

The hotel location was superb. It was a very short walk from the main square. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room decor was quirky and excellent.

I pre-booked tickets for some trips with the hotel. These tickets were not provided. There was no apology for this situation. This affected my stay significantly.

the breakfast was fantastic, with an a la carte menye. staff was superb, i thought it was really good. the hotel its location was near many things, i liked that.

upon check-in, i asked about a table at the florentina restaurant for dinner and was told there was just one table left. i asked to reserve it for 7:30 pm, but i got a parking fine, and it was a expensive car park, so i was not happy.
