The hotel was amazing, offering a personalized breakfast experience with buffet items delivered directly to my table. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a large screen for streaming services like Netflix. A nice touch was the welcoming chocolate placed on my pillow.

The location was excellent, being just a pleasant stroll away from the main attractions. The dining experience was amazing, presented like afternoon tea on a platter, and followed by an extraordinary selection. The facilities were fantastic overall.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, being ideal for walking to shops, restaurants, and sites. The rooms, while clean, were quite cramped and had a high window that didn't offer a view, which was very disappointing. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very conscientious, although a bit condescending at the restaurant. The dining experience was excellent, providing top-quality ingredients albeit with some pricing issues. The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the city center, just a pleasant five-minute stroll from the main square.
